In 2022 my husband was given a $100.00 gift card for Kayaking for his birthday. We tried to schedule in August, 2022, but it rained so our kayaking expedition had to be postponed. The folks at Rivers Edge Kayaking assured us we could roll our $100 credit over to 2023. The company now appears out of business. I have tried numerous times to email and call them. My emails bounce back. The calls go unanswered. The website says they are "closed for this summer season". I reached out to the city of Dublin and they suggested I file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and also the Atty General's office. Can you help get our $100 back?
