      I was very fond of this brand at the beginning. I've owned other gaming chairs but EWIN offered the bigger options for gaming chairs. I a light weight guy but I love having the extra space to sit how I please in my chair, so I went with their larger model that could support 450 pounds. This chair cannot support this. I am only 150 to 160 depending on the time of the year. My 450 pound rated chair broke after a little over 2 years. Recline function stopped functioning properly and would skip the teeth. Not the biggest deal. EWIN wanted 90 dollars to repair. I just lived with it. Then my frame breaks. I didn't even think twice about it because I remembered the frame is on warranty for 10 years. Well, Customer Service informed me that they didn't believe it broke due to their fault and that my 150 pound self must have been reclining so forcefully in this 450 pound rated chair that I snapped the frame. Let me know if that makes any sense to you, because it sure didn't to me. A chair rated enough to hold 3 of me couldn't support 1 of me for 2 years? They denied over and over that it was their fault and insisted I pay 110 dollars to get this fixed now. No thank you. I took the chair apart, found the structural weaknesses in the chair, welded them back up, and now I'm going to spend the 110 I would have spent to repair it to purchase ads letting people know not to trust them or their customer service. I would say this was a fluke or a one off but this is the 3rd chair that has broke from them in some way. I have 2 other chairs that I've had since before 2015 and they both are still functioning just fine. What's worse is that I bought those used and they were a few years old when I got them, so that really speaks volumes of EWIN quality (Or lack thereof). Keep your money. Find a better brand. This chair will feel great for a year or two and then when the warranty runs out you'll be stuck in the same spot I was.

      Do not purchase one of these chairs please they are terrible quality! I purchased one 3 months ago and have had nothing but problems from day one and have tried contacting the support team to get warranty replacement parts for close to three weeks have still not received them and was just notified today that they want me to wait another 5-6 weeks to receive the replacement parts this is ridiculous for a chair that cost over $500.

      Ordered a chair that fits a person who is 5 foot 3, which I am. The next day I received an email from the Marketing department (no person's name either, just marketing at ewinracing dot com). This email advised me the chair I ordered was out of stock and included a link to a way more expensive chair. They asked if I wanted to purchase this more expensive chair as a replacement for the one I actually ordered. This chair's lowest setting fits a person who is 5 foot 7, so obviously not going to work. I said, "No thank you. Please refund my money." This was literally the day after I made the original purchase. Following my request for a refund, they sent me another email asking if I wanted a different chair - this one slightly lower than the original. Again, this chair did not fit a person who is 5 foot 3. I again said "No thank you. Please refund my money." I haven't heard from them since and they have not refunded my money. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company. So far, they haven't responded to my credit card company either. Hard not to believe this isn't a scam when you offer a chair you do not have in order to up-sale after telling the buyer the chair they wanted is out of stock. The fact that I told them three times to refund my money and they have not even acknowledged my request at all is concerning. When I check my account with them that I created to make the purchase, it still reads "unfulfilled order". So I am perplexed as to why they have not refunded my money. I have literally not cost them a dime and they have not shipped any product. I am thankful I purchased on credit card - but in searching the internet I found out I am not the only person that this has happened to recently. Buyer Beware - caveat emptor. I don't trust this company.

      This company as absolutely terrible. I contacted their support trough their email about getting a replacement gas lift because my chair keeps sinking. They charged me $44 for the gas lift even though the chair was still under warranty. I asked them to check the warranty status of the chair and they said it was still covered. I got the gas lift and could not even replace it because the tray and base that it connects to would not disconnect from the old one. I asked for replacement parts for the tray and base be sent so I could use the $500 chair I paid for. They said they would send me another gas lift and the tray. I tried to correct them that I already had the gas lift and needed the tray and base, but they ignored me. I waited THREE weeks and never heard back or got anything delivered. I contacted them again for the status and they ask what parts I needed. I explained again that I need the tray and base. They asked for photos of the chair and after I sent them they claimed that only the gas lift was broken so that is why they only sent the gas lift. This was 3 weeks after they never sent me anything. They said I had to pay them another $115 for the replacement parts. I tried to explain to them multiple times that I was already told by support that the parts were covered under warranty and that they said they would be shipped to me. They kept ignoring me saying they hoped I would understand without explaining anything other than trying to charge me more money. They have since been ignoring all my emails and still have refused to refund me for the gas lift that they charged me for when they even acknowledged was covered under warranty. They also faked all of their reviews on their website. They all claim to be 5 stars and when I tried to leave a review it said it was successful, but never visible anywhere. These guys are scammers who sell low-quality equipment while charging you at every turn while never honoring their warranty.

      For the love of god do not give these people your money. Wish i would have looked here or on reddit first. They will NOT honor their warranty. Frame has snapped in half. Support blames you for the problems even if you prove them wrong they ignore you. I even Dissembled the chair to show them, and they had the gull to say I BROKE IT TAKING IT APART. How the heck can you snap 2 metal rods in half removing the leather off the base one may never know. Unfortunately i paid through paypal and just missed the time limit on a charge back or i would. lucky for me i got a welder and a sledge I will get my moneys worth and fix this junk. STAY AWAY! Recliner mechanism is also broke . Blamed me. Gas cylinder is bad, They refuse to acknowledge it, act like I never said it guessing their is no slick way around ponying up for that one. Run and dont look back

      Just like others, I had a bad experience with E-Win chairs and trying to get mine repaired or replaced. Going through E-win was unsuccessful, they try to explain their way out of it and offer no solution. I was able to get all my money back by doing a chargeback with my credit card company. Since E-Win states that the warranty on the frame is 10 years, my credit card company was able to act on it retroactively. It took about a month, but I eventually got all my money back from these crooks. Talk to your credit card company and start a chargeback.

      Ordered a chair in October 2023. Cancelled my order soon after because nowhere on the original product information did it say it was a pre-order. When I emailed the company, they said it was and the chair would be delivered the end of the month to early November. Requested to cancel my order again and asked for a refund. I have reached out to the company numerous times. It's now November 14th and I have not received a chair or a refund.

      So ive been fighting with this company for years now over my Flash XL chair purchase. This is a $600 chair, it was listed as having a steel base and supports up to 550lbs. But you dont get a steel base, its plastic. Which broke within 6 months. And they refused to replace it. The wheels also broke, refused to replace it. Then the piston was as long as the wheels, carving into the carpet and ripping a hole in it, they said it was the intended design. So in total until today ive spent around $160 of my own money repairing this chair thats worth $600, and now the arm wrests are breaking apart. Its some kind of cheap foam. Today they informed me that because i did not give them a positive review of their product on social media within the 1 year of my purchase date. I do not qualify for the products "full warranty period" which you can see here: *** Even though i was within their "non extended warranty from social media review" when the piston/wheels/base broke or were defective. Communication broke down and they legitimately threatened me if i dared to post a public review about my bad experience with them in emails. DO NOT buy a chair from this company. They WILL NOT replace anything for you. There is NO WARRANTY! As all of the others have posted before me, they do not care about the customer. As im typing this they have removed their warranty information from the individual pages for the chairs after our argument. And i now cannot login or view my account.

      Worst company ever!! I have been battling with them for almost a month through there email only customer service. I ordered and received a Flash XL chair little over a year ago when i started to notice the back right was leaning down a good 2 inches. When i contacted them for a warranty claim they asked for pictures i sent the pictures took them a full day to get back and they asked for more photos, another full day goes by and they reply back with gibberish "We can see that the chair should be tilted to the right side with the recliner, in this case we double confirm that when adjusting the angle due to excessive force, resulting in damage to the connecting part of the recliner and the seat base. Actually it's out of our warranty, and the only solution is to replace a new seat base. " Straight off the bat they tell me a chair rated to 550lbs broke under my 360lbs because i reclined it and leaned. They advertise the chair to lean back at 155 degree angle which i have never done its back in a set position and doesn't move, i fear that a person who actually weighs closer to the limit will snap this chair the second they lean back. I was outraged by the claim i was out of warranty when it carries a 2 year on all parts and a 10 year on the metal frame WHICH IS WHAT BROKE IN 2 PLACES! They replied back with another email same long reply process. "It's important to note that in cases of a quality issue with the chair itself, both sides of the seat base should exhibit signs of damage. However, upon examining the provided photos, it's evident that only the right side of the seat base is compromised. In this case it's out of warranty." They tell me because only one side is broke it couldn't be there problem , I sent them photos of the clean break on the right seat pipe and the horribly welded part on the back left. This is the point they stopped replying to me. I went on there socials where they proceeded to block me on all of them without a word. Screw this company........

      To start, from a customer standpoint these chairs are unsafe for use. The chair I purchased is rated for 500 lbs. but a 300lb person cannot sit in the chair without the frame breaking. I’ve had been fighting with the service email for 3 months (April 2023-July 2023). I sent them all the pictures they needed to determine that the frame was indeed broken. Finally, in Late July, the Ewin service email said they would send me a new chair like the one that broke . From late July until now August 16th 2023 I have not received one response from them while making multiple attempts to contact them. Worst service in my 32 years on this planet…
