I had Gutter Guard put up gutters at my house and the people they contracted to do the work ran into my neighbors mail post splitting it down the middle. The contractors promise to return and fix or replace the post. NOTHING has happen and this has bee several month . ***** the production manage has been in touch with me through text promising to take care of this problem I text him pictures and he said the contractor would take care of this and NOTHING has happened I am very disappointed in this company as I thought I was working with a trustworthy team. My neighbor has been very tolerant of this situation and I'm beginning to think this is a culture thing as I am Black and my neighbor is Mexican. Would this be taking place is this was not a issue. I just want this to be taken care of . I feel so bad for my neighbors that my home improvement project caused damage that Mr. ***** and the contractors said they would take care of!Gutter Guards America, LLC Response

Gutter Guards America has scheduled a service call for Saturday, November 9 to resolve the issue. We had been attempting to work with the original installation team on the matter but, in an effort to move this toward a resolution, are working to expedite this through the use of another available installation team member. I had seamless gutters and guards put on the back side of my house on June 7th during a drought. The rains from this past weekend went over my gutter and down the wall into my basement. It was pouring rain from the ceiling into my basement. I tried calling Gutter Guard America only to be told my number has been put on the No Call list. I tried corporate in ********* and was told the same. I called the gentleman that came out to give me an estimate. He no longer works for Gutter Guards America and the ********, ** office is permanently closed. So much for a warranty. I need the gutter and the leak in my basement fixed. After speaking with the customer, the local production manager has scheduled time to go out to the customers home on Friday, October 11 to assess the installation and work toward a possible resolution.Regarding the other comments, the office location in ********, ** is open and operating, and we are still providing services to homeowners in the areas around ********, *******, and other areas of *******. There was a misrepresentation stating otherwise but be assured that our office is still operating in ********, **. I contracted with Gutter Guard America in July, but ended up telling them I wanted to wait until Fall to have the work done. They had an ad on ******** for 18 months , no payment, no interest. The salesman implied I would get this offer. I ended up with a no interest payment only. This wasn't my only problem with this company. The first two crews they sent out did a horrible job. I had holes throughout the mesh. They didn't do one 12 ft. section at all and the second crew even used some of the old Gutter Guard product although it was all supposed to be new. I believe this company assumes people aren't going on the roof to check their work. The job was poorly done. The third guy did a much better job. We had gutter guard installed on our home on June 17th 2024 worst mistake ever. Although the salesman **** was very respectful and through with his side of things, the gutter guard install and customer care have been horrible. Our ********************** seem to be installed so that the water is running to the side without the down spout. The debris pile up on the guards and does not blow off or wash away as demonstrated in presentation. We actually have had the same leaf litter on top of the guard since a few days after install. Screws were left on top of guards leading us to question if there are enough in there. The guard is slanted back which allows water to run behind gutters. One portion of gutter was not even replaced as quoted in estimate. I have contacted gutter guard about this and I was assured they would send someone out to look at it and get back to me but its been weeks with no response even after follow up message today.I am a previous customer of Leaf filter and although debris would sometimes sit on the gutters they did blow off easily with light wind and rain. I would definitely recommend Leaf filter over gutter guard simply because of my experience.Gutter Guards America, LLC Response

Gutter Guards America has completed a service call for this customer. During this appointment, the installation team cleared away debris, adjusted the gutter guards, and noted there was no standing water in the gutters and the pitch of the gutter guards was acceptable. The team did also adjust a downspout to fix a leak. The customer was present during this service call and was satisfied with the work completed. I've been bombarded with calls and voicemails from GGA Roofing and Gutter Installation. They're calling me constantly, every day, at odd hours, and it's becoming a huge nuisance. Despite reporting and blocking all of the numbers they use, they keep creating new ones and calling me every day without fail. I entered my contact info into ******* **** when I was trying to find help to clean my gutters and wash my house's exterior. I don't need any roofing or gutter installation in the beginning. I've already received the services I actually need from a different company. I know they're using a call agency to do this. Because everybody is reading the same script when they are filling up my voicemail box. I demand that they stop spamming me with calls immediately and respect my privacy.Gutter Guards America, LLC Response

Hello, we do have an in-house call center with live agents that use a script so we can provide consistent quality to all our prospective customers and callers. We were replying to a project request, and since this comment was received we have removed you from our calling list. To be removed from a company’s call list, we do need our representative calling you to be notified over the phone, which would then be handled promptly. I had gutter guards put on in October of 2022 was supposed to get receipt and warranty emailed but I asked for paper copies have yet to receive anything. I have called 5 or 6 times last time 12-27-23 said she would contact sales manager in my area and have him contact me. But I have yet to hear from anyone. I had a gutter installed on my back porch on April 11, 2023 .After the Guy left is was a couple of days that it rains. I went out to see if the gutters was working properly, there was a leak at the top corner of my house. My wife called the company to let them know what was happening. There was some confusion because her phone number wasn’t on the contract. They said they would send someone out. But no one showed up. She called 2 times. So since my number was on the contract. I called 2 more times. Each time they said someone was going to call me. To date I haven’t received a response from them.Gutter Guards America, LLC Response
