              I purchased this wire repair warrenty to protect from major repair prices. Our house was built in 1948. The salesman told me it would cover any wiring issues. I have a short or something in my system, maybe due tp a water getting intp the wiring. they now say that is not covered because it is not a wear and tear issue. to me that doesn't hold up to what the salemen said to get me to buy the program.

              Back in 08/05/2022 I had just moved into my first apartment and a man came knocking on my door asking about my bills and I didn't know any better since he said ****** ****** and ************ were in legal trouble over fraudulent charges and that he could make my bills cheaper. I allowed him to look at my bills and suddenly the next month my bills said IGS energy. The rates were much higher than before, and when I looked into it, I now had a contract lasting 2 years with them and it costed hundreds of dollars to get out of it. I decided to take it on the chin as I got scammed and just pay for the bills since I couldn't afford the early termination fee, but now I can't take it any longer. ************ is currently charging $0.3567 per CCF of natural gas while IGS is charging me a whopping $1.15 per CCF! That's almost 3.3x what I should be paying! Toledo ****** is currently charging $0.0844/kWh while IGS is charging me $0.1189/kWh which is almost a 1.5x increase. This is ridiculous, and over the course of winter and actually using my heat, a 3x gas bill would result in hundreds of dollars extra being spent. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I can't take it any longer.
