5/24/2023, I visited the dublin location. The associates changed my tip amount and entered a larger amount. This is the 7th time this location has changed my tip to a different amount. I called on 5/29/2023 and talked to a manager. He told me he would call me back in 2-3 hours. There was no phone call. Bill amount was $42.18. I added tip of $6.82, and I was charged $8.00 tip for total amount of $50.18 versus $49.00. The reason I took the picture of the receipt was due to previous instances of tip changing. I dont feel comfortable paying with a card at this location. Attached are the receipts and posted transaction to my credit card. With the volume of customers, dollars add up very quickly.
