We contacted this company on 4/2/23 after extensive damage to our house. They sent out Blake D***** who put up tarps with our assistance (they needed ladders and hammers which we provided). They gave us a contingency service agreement. After receiving payment from the insurance company they sent Dan K*** out who collected the check on 5/22/23 and th check was cashed on 5/24/23. He told us that we were covered by the contingency agreement and siding would be installed on 7/7/23. After not yearling back from the company I contacted them regarding the installation only to be told by the owner Brandon P***** that Dan stole a lot of money from they company and they were trying to sort things out and that we could possibly get installation later in July. On a whim I texted “Dan K***” and was told the following: Yes ma'am I am so sorry your install was in fact scheduled for the 7th I am no longer with Poland Roofing and siding anymore I left due to reasons why I like this If I was you I would contact a certain detective at ###-###-#### let them know that you handed Dan K*** a check for your siding replacement and you have not heard back in months if you would like us to do your build you will have to cancel with Poland collect a refund and I can have you installed within a week however I am no longer with Poland Roofing and siding and I advise you to call the detective file charges for theft by deception he is a crook. As well you should also be made aware that we were never paid for the tarps that we installed on your house We will be attaching mechanic liens to all properties involved that we have not seen payment from unfortunately you are one of those clients that if we do not receive payment and the amount of $1,786.54 by the 21st we will be putting liens on the property myself breakdown and Colton **** all parties that were involved and putting the tarp on that house that have not been paid ma'am I apologize that I represented Poland I am so sorry if I would have known how bad of a crook he was I would have never ever ever sold for him. If you need my assistance with anything don't hesitate to reach out Brandon P****d's number is ###-###-####

We apoligize we had a rogue employee who was let go from the company for taking customers checks and not turning them in. I am the owner, Brandon. Have reached out to Javelyn  to correct this issue. Matériels are setting at the supplier awaiting install. The rogue employee contacted her trying to say that he wasn’t paid the the job, but it wasn’t even his job. The other employees were paid for the job and he is just trying to stir up drama.

As stated to the BBB my initial complaint was not directed to the BBB another entity sent it to the BBB and that I did NOT want this to be a ding on this company. I just needed documentation that something was in arrears just in case.
I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint.
      Regards,
