I paid for a a certified translation of a birth certificate. I paid extra for original ink signed copy be sent via mail. I received the certified translation by email but I am still waiting for the original to be sent by mail. I have requested via email four time. They said they would sent it and nothing. I have called 8 time and left messages and no response. I need the original ink signed for health records amendment.Business response

Placed an order for translation services on 3/14/23. Upon payment I have never received a receipt or any further contact concerning my order. I have made attempts in contacting them via phone and email and never received any kind of correspondence. I purchased an additional expedited service for an emailed copy of my documents for immigration purposes. I would like a refund of my payment as I have no confidence in the quality of the documents I would receive if finished.Business response

We checked our system and our records show that the translation was sent to your email on March 15th at 12:52 PM.
One of our project managers has also sent you an email after you have left us your reviews in google.
Kindly check your spam mails or if you could provide us a different email address as it seems that you are not receiving our emails on the email address you provided.

the email address provided in their response is the correct email address. I have checked my Spam/Junk inbox and have never received any kind of communication from them including the "project manager" after I left my review on Google. Again, after this reply on my review I thought that maybe it was some kind of miscommunication, so I again called the provided customer service number (###-###-####) and never heard back from them. I also sent another email to ****************** (and ******************* for good measure) and never heard anything back. I believe this is either a fraudulent company or terribly managed. Either being the case I paid for a service that was never received and would like a full refund. If possible, I would also like the BBB to warn other consumers to avoid using this company as I believe they are taking advantage of those that may be going through the immigration process.

We agree that your email is indeed a valid email address as we emailed you the translation, sent you emails after you left us reviews and our emails did not bounce back. This means our emails were sent. We are not sure why you have not received any of our emails. We have not received the email you sent to our support email. We also replied to the reviews you left us and informed you that we have sent you the translation within the quoted timeframe.
We will further investigate this issue and determine whether a refund is warranted in this case.
