Don't go into their office unless you're wearing a suit and tie, or else they'll treat you insignificantly. They're only in it for the money and they don't care about their customers. Basically had to beg to try to get more information about buying a vehicle.Toy Barn Response

I hope this message finds you well. I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the disappointing experience you encountered during your recent visit to our dealership. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we take your concerns seriously. I understand your frustration with the perceived emphasis on formal attire and the impression that our focus is solely on financial transactions rather than customer care. Please know that this is not reflective of our values or the standard of service we aim to provide. We deeply regret any discomfort or inconvenience you may have felt while seeking information about purchasing a vehicle. Our goal is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where all customers feel respected and valued, regardless of attire or background.Review from Brad V

It’s been over 2 months since I purchased a 2023 Corvette $95k from these people and it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business, still no paperwork to get my plates and after leaving multiple texts/calls nobody calls me back, it’s the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. I bought it online and was told the body was in perfect condition and a video was sent but couldn’t see the right front damage the way the video was taken, the front right was damaged from what looked like someone hit a curb so now that’s going to need repaired/replaced. I’m not mad just disappointed bc I got dupped but I will fix the car myself I just want my paperwork to get my plates, only thing I know to do at this point is get my attorney involved, I don’t know what else to do! Toy Barn, you should be embarrassed on how you handle business!! Sad. **** VToy Barn Response

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to offer my sincerest apologies for the recent experience you encountered with our dealership regarding the purchase of your 2023 Corvette. It deeply concerns me to learn about the difficulties you faced, including the delayed paperwork for your plates and the undisclosed damage to the vehicle. Please know that your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and the manner in which your concerns were handled falls short of the high standards we strive to maintain. We understand the frustration and disappointment you must have felt throughout this ordeal, and for that, I am truly sorry.Review from Michael G

I was preparing to purchase there used Porsche Panarma Turismo. Prior to signing a sales agreement I had them take the car to Midwestern Auto Group in Dublin Ohio for a PPI. I received a video and professional written status of the car. Note this car did have a salvage title. I expected especially with a salvage title the vehicle would be repaired and AS represented good to go. Wow the damage to the under carriage was extensive, massive holes , no covers, exposed wires/gas line with sign of flooding. BUYER BEWARE !!! When dealing with Toy Barn!! All they had to do is tell me the underlying part of the car has issues. Not one word- the PPI cost me $450 I asked them for assistance in paying the PPI bill- they basically said Mid Western Auto is no good etc. I clearly understand who is no good.Toy Barn Response

My husband and I bought a car from them on September 6th. The process had gone smooth, we worked with ******* who was responsive, answered questions and helped in anyway he could prior to purchasing and during. My husband picked up the car on September 9th as we live out of state. We were told by ******* on September 11th that we would have the title so we could register the vehicle in our state within two weeks. Well, two weeks came and went, I reached out to ******* who assured me he would look into it. I never heard back from him, the following week reached out to him multiple times with no response. My husband also tried **** ****** in management along with ******* only to get no call back regarding the issue. It is Oct 12th and the title has still not been sent out, with NO communication of any kind on what is going on. Not to mention ******* told my husband that he would send us new sealants for the vehicle and even pay to have them put on if we couldn't. Those parts have also not arrived. The bank who is the leinholder and gave the check for the car stated today Oct 12th that they have not received any communication or paperwork on the car from the dealership. Our current temporary tag is due to expire within a week which will only cause more stress and problems and we are not the only customer who have experienced this issue with the dealership there are other complaints regarding the same manner.Toy Barn Response

BUYER BEWARE, ESPECIALLY OUT OF STATE BUYERS Long review, but if you want to know how they operate(check out ****** for the full review) with proof, check it out.Honestly, they are a car dealership that will s**** the client any way they can. They told to me from the start that they didn't offer any sort of warranty (where I'm from all dealerships have a 30 day warranty at the very least on every vehicle they sell), but that they "take care of their clientele" and that they wouldn't "have the reputation they had if they weren't honest and good to their clients". Naturally, I knew they were full of c*** so I bought an aftermarket warranty, thank god, but I'm here to say that as an out of state buyer, they were honest, they don't have a warranty, but also completely dishonest in the condition of the vehicle, and they most definitely DO NOT "take care of their clients" once the sale ends, or for that matter before the sale ends. We drove 5 hours to the dealership just for them to immediately drop the price we agreed upon by $1500 becuase the vehicle condition was completely misrepresented, and they knew it. Their detail department is a joke and couldn't even manage to clean out the cupholders or the engine bay (I pulled dog hair out of the cupholders and leaves out of the engine bay while I was looking at it and pointed it out to the salesman who apologized and said he would have it run back through detail while we did the paperwork).Toy Barn Response
