I have attached the email that I sent to the owner because, according to their website, "***** brought together the best in the business to create his dream. Though he takes pride in all aspects of roofing and restoration... working and living on Lake Erie has lead to a passion for quick, efficient, and transparent repairs to storm damaged homes and helping clients navigate the stressful process of doing the work through an insurance claim. He refuses to accept subpar customer service. Anyone who gives us their business we treat like family. No one is perfect and if we mess something up or you don’t feel taken care of email ***** personally *****k@journeyhomerestoration.com and he promises to make it right." However, you will see I never received a response from the email I sent on 7/16/22, nor when I forwarded it again on 7/25/22. The email details the correspondences that I have had with Journey. I have also attached the contingency that was signed by Journey on 3/10/22 and myself on 3/12/22.Business response
