Ordered 4in Jake's lift kit for club car ds, and received with a missing part. I emailed support and they requested more information which I have provided but I have not heard anything back from them.Initial Complaint

I ordered a golf cart seat assembly from golf cart garage on 7/1/24 and $267.49 was withdrawn from my account. I have called several times and left messages (no one ever answered. I also sent an email requesting a shipping date. I have yet to hear from anyone and no seat has been delivered.Initial Complaint

ordered bushings, when received pkg 2/21/23, wrong bushings. Returned the same day via UPS tracking ******************* , in the same pkg I received them in, to *** **** *** ******* ** *****, which was delivered to them 2/23/23 signed by Reisner at 2:23pm. Filled out return form but never received a rma # as I mailed it back to the address on the pkg the same day I received it. Called 3/7/23, looking for refund of $41.67, talked with a person who needed the tracking #. Called back that day with tracking #, left message. Called 3/8/23, 3/9/23, left messages no response. They have my money and I would like a refund.Initial Complaint

I bought some rear roof struts for my golf cart that has a 55" roof. They sent me struts for an 80" roof and they weren't even close to what I need. Spoke to their tech guy, Tim and he said indeed they are the wrong struts and that customer service should send out the right ones. Then a man named Gabriel G., who is in customer service told me I had the right ones, this going against their own tech guy and myself a PGA Professional that is also a golf cart mechanic. He hung up on me and when I called back told me he could not help me. I also need to let Affirm know that one of their accounts is simply ripping people off! What happened to quality customer service. I work for a company and our Mission Statement is 100 Guest Satisfaction. I am appalled at this treatment and will not settle for anything less than a FULL refund and to NEVER do business with this company again!
