July 16, 2024 Clean and Seal Patio $105.60 Patio cracked after work wash done. They told me to go to Lowes and get "crack filler" or I could just leave it. I'm 80, I don't do concrete work. On the date of service they were to come back that evening or the next morning to seal the patio; they never showed up. Not even the next day, so I sent them a text message, no response. No explanation why it cracked and what they would do about it. going to cost more to repair that I paid to have the work done.

The patio had a crack in it before the service was performed. The pictures will be attached.
As for sealing the concrete, that was done the next day due to rain forecasted in the evening of the cleaning. The customer happily agreed-considering the weather conditions were not ideal for sealing on the same day.
I have attempted to reach out to ***** on 8/1 and left a voicemail. She has not returned my phone call or emails.
