In May 2022, BBB investigated Giving Bulls’ business practices. This investigation was prompted by consumer inquiries and complaints. Specified within the complaints, consumers allege the business was selling NFT’s (non-fungible tokens in the form of digital artwork embedded on the blockchains) in different phases with incentives such as weekly giveaways on bull NFT’s and a donation to St. Jude Hospital. However, on May 14, 2022, without the holder’s acknowledgment or discussion the owner of Giving Bulls closed the project and announced on Twitter that they would no longer be continuing Giving Bulls.

On May 18, 2022, BBB checked the website (www.givingbulls.com) to determine when it was created and where it was registered. The website was created on December 8, 2021, and the registrant name/information was not disclosed. As of May 25, 2022, BBB confirmed the website (www.givingbulls.com) was no longer active.

In May and June of 2022, your BBB reached out to Giving Bulls in writing via postal mail and by phone seeking background information on the business. To date, BBB has not received a response from the company.

Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Giving Bulls. It is BBB’s understanding that cryptocurrency is currently an unregulated industry.

BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. BBB asks third parties who publish complaints, reviews and/or responses on this website to affirm that the information provided is accurate. However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period. BBB Business Profiles are subject to change at any time. If you choose to do business with this business, please let the business know that you contacted BBB for a BBB Business Profile.
