I went to there online store and purchased a fuel cell for roughly 213.00. Paid with ******* the next day he messaged me saying that’s the wrong price he won’t sell it to me and refunds my money. I tell him that’s wrong to do it, he then changes the price and says he’s out of stock, even though his page says they are fully stocked. So I ask to pay his new higher price and still won’t ship it? I think it’s wrong he won’t complete the transaction when I paid his advertised price.
