Paid money for RSC spring program. Reached out to the coach for feeedback for my 12 year old girl daughter who was upset worked hard all year and had a tough end to her season. Concerned parent reaching out to a program we entrusted with our time money and child development. The owners would not respond at all with multiple attempts all I wanted was a short phone call with feedback to show they cared about my child. Zero response was totally blown off by ownership.
