Bath Masters is great. We had a new shower installed and the two young people, Spencer and Amaya, who did the work were personable and very polite. It was very refreshing to see two younger people so enthusiastic about doing the job 100% correctly. It was Amaya's first job, and she was very impressive. Spencer walked her through the process and helped when needed but Amaya did the bulk of the work. Spencer was always checking in with us as the work progressed to make sure it was exactly as we wanted. They kept it clean and worked as quietly as possible. In a couple of years when I'm ready for a walk-in tub in the other bathroom I will definately ask for them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my bathroom needs.

My wife and I decided to have Bath Masters after a meeting with their salesman representative...Blake! He laid out options and the materials available to us. We wanted to convert our full bath to a full walk-in shower bath and a total remodel of it! We signed and things happened in the time-frame he gave us. They notified us of the date to start and arrived promptly that morning. Bath Masters installers, Spencer and Amaya arrived and laid down protective runners. They removed almost everything that first day and had the tile down before they left. They cleaned up at the end of each day! At the end of 3 days, our bath was done and looked awesome. They asked us how we preferred them to set things up or told us why they were doing what they were doing! They also answered whatever questions we had. They also worked very quietly (as they could) and communicated smoothy. They worked well together. That old 1974 bathroom was hauled away and a new, modern looking bath was installed. The fit and finish were excellent! Beautiful!!! I did notice one very minor issue and notified the main office and they had their worker, Wyatt come by and correct it in a few minutes. I recently had a need to have remodeling work done on my Master bathroom. I called Master Bath and a representative was scheduled for the following day. Upon reviewing my situation, the representative made suggestions that fixed my problems and was within my budget. My construction date was set on that date, Oliver and Patrick, the two construction specialists arrived on time and started the demo process. within hours they started the rebuilding process. It was a two-day effort to complete the remodeling job. The workers were professional and knowledgeable. They answered every question I had regarding the process. the work area was kept neat and orderly throughout the job. The work area was completely cleaned up between the two construction dates. The wife and I were completely satisfied and happy with the final results. I highly recommend this company.

Our walk in tub was scheduled to be installed the first week of October. Due to a medical emergency, the installation had to be pushed back a few weeks. No problem! Spencer, Zach and Don installed the tub in a timely manner and any questions we had were addressed in a professional manner. We are pleased!

Jon C and Spencer T provided exemplary service while updating my bathroom. They tore out old tiles around the bathtub and wainscoting, installed acrylic wall sheeting, and installed new Moen fixtures throughout the bathroom. Jon and Spencer placed floor coverings before starting the project, cleaned thoroughly at the end of each workday, and kept me informed of the project’s progress. Jon and Spencer requested verification on my desired placement of towel bars, grab bars, etc at every phase of the project. The project included removing the drywall upon which the original 1974 four-inch square tiles were located, installing new dry wall, installing new shower valve with some piping, and meticulously cutting-in the acrylic wall sheeting. Jon and Spencer thoroughly tested the new bathtub drain to assure no leaks into the tri-level home’s mechanical room beneath the bathroom. I asked Spencer to collect and provide me each fixture’s ‘white papers’ that include installation guide and parts list; Spencer did a great job of ensuring I had copies of all the paperwork, as well as the tools that came with fixtures such as towel bar so I can easily remove the bar when repainting the bathroom. Jon and Spencer were exhibited true professionalism from project start through completion! I would recommend them to anyone!
