Got a room there on the 14 of Jun, 2023 until June 17, 2023 check out at 11am. I arrived and had to put a security deposit of 20 dollars, my room was room 245 upon arrive I saw bed bugs which I should’ve got my security deposit refunded in that but I was transferred rooms. The dispute is of the security deposit that was suppose Ro have been issued it’s pasted the 10 day threshold and my bank doesn’t have any pending deposits which is why I’m taking action I already called 3 times and I feel that it should not take over the length it’s been for a 20 dollar deposit.Business response

Customer authorized charge of $153.05. We completed the sale for $133.05 on 6/16. The deposit was released back to the customer account when we completed the sale for $133.05.
Customer should check his bank account thoroughly, as we have already completed this sale accordingly.
