My fiancee purchased my ring in 2021 from Kay Jewelers Homewood, I purchased the service plan, I took it to the ********** store for repairs my diamond had fell out, I got my ring back and a week later another diamond was missing, I took it back again sent off, received back another diamond was missing this went on until this day, one day I came in the store very upset about having to leave my ring again, this time area manager ***** ****** was in this location, I explained my frustration, he said they will give me another ring and send the old one off, this went on again and again, I recently picked my ring up, two days later another diamond is missing, Im frustrated about not being able to enjoy my ring, I referred both my sisters to **** both are missing diamonds, but refuse to go back for repairs, my heart is truly broken because this my first ring from a Jewelry store, I have purchased from *******, *** Mart, *********, I had no problems, this need to be corrected.Signet Jewelers Response

I purchased a ring that my significant other wanted . It was pre owned and I understand that if I check out after someone else I don't get the item . Which is the reason I got for getting a refund the first time . Then a couple weeks later same ring in the same size came back up which I was notified for and paid for as soon as I could and was refunded the following day , then 4-5 days later again , I get an email and check out again and im refunded 2 hours later , I call and they give me the excuse that it's sold before me . But it's a very spasific piece that's pre owned so there isn't many if not just the one. But when you call they will not help , they give generic responses and refuse to look into it , I asked for them to please look into it and take my money and send me the piece. They continue to give responses like it's not in stock or I can't find it in the system ... besides this one piece which she loves I would not step a foot into a *** anymore even in the shops or online . Shop somewhere else ....they can't even look into why you're not able to receive an exact item that was purchased 3 times in the same exact configuration and size .. I would not shop here I'm sure any other jeweler would love to have your business and will work with you .On hold with them for an hour + now with no one willing to help as I write this review .Bought 5-6 pieces from them in the last couple months and I regret using them .Signet Jewelers Response

I bought a ring for my mom and the gold came off of it already after 2 months which of course they will not take blame for it and will charge the same amount as the ring to repair it! The ring came with a receipt from *****! **************** is a joke!Signet Jewelers Response

Honestly, Im extremely hesitant to leave a public review but after days of trying to contact upper management and being unsuccessful I am opting to try here. This location is not trustworthy. I dropped a piece of jewelry off for repair. The employee told me someone would call in a week to tell me what type of repairs need to be made. After 3 weeks I called and he said Ummm Im not sure let me call you back since then Ive talked to 4 other employees all in which tell me something different as to where my item is. The only thing I can get is it needs to be sent to a special jeweler I have been told 2 days in a row itd be overnighted back to me with no repairs. Which at this point I am fine with but, getting the run around within the company is what I have the issue with. Even if they lost it, I will be devastated but I will appreciate the honesty. I have always liked my experience with this location but , apparently all I have experienced is sales tactics these people do not care about anyone or the position their negligence puts others in.Signet Jewelers Response

Worst experience buying jewelry. I ordered a wedding band for my wife and myself a ring. My ring came in no issue and my wife ordered a 2mm band and they sent a 5mm when I got to the store after a month, note I need this ring by the August 16th and I ordered this a little more then a month ago so instead of reordering and expediting the shipping, they said oh it will be here the 23rd a week after I needed the rings for the wedding. Also instead of being charged the same price they would charge me $60 more to reorder which was way more than what I paid for initially ( paid $124 initially ). Manager goes we have one here ( my wife didnt want the showroom one because who wants something other people have not tried on ) the manager goes I can give you 10% off this one, again no where near what I initially paid ( 10% off = $165 total). Worst Experience ever and never going back. Any normal place would understand that this was a mistake on the company side and help but nope just gave me more money to pay, a little 10% discount ( which is still more than the price I already paid for), and no where near the date I need it by. I like Zales in general.. but i think you the customer Be included was unaware of some of their practices and should be careful of the Promotions that are offered..!! I recently seen a Ballon Interest charge on my account of ****** dollars for an item I purchased a year earlier. But according to the operator. THE interest just keep occurring every month and if whatever you purchase is not paid off by the time set.. everything meaning all the interest that's been occurring over the past months will be added on to your account in addition. So are going to pay more for the item you originally bought thinking you're getting a good deal.. So you better Beware!! Wish this was explained at the time of Purchase!!Signet Jewelers Response

I would definitely give this company 0 stars if I could smh. This has been the worse experience of my life. My set was suppose to arrive by the 8th of this month I got an email 6 days before stating they dont have my ring in stock and dont know when it will be back in stock and that I cant cancel my order or get a refund. Dear Zale's Corporate I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the repeated issues and poor service I have experienced with the engagement ring I purchased for my fianc. I bought the ring from your Brunswick Square Mall location in **************, New Jersey, in May 2023, shortly before the location closed down. Since then, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.Firstly, the main centerpiece of the ring fell off. We took it to your store in the ****************** in ** on May 11, 2024, where the employees were incredibly rude and showed no consideration or compassion for our situation. Their dismissive attitude was shocking, essentially telling us, "Eh, it happens, don't stress about it." This is completely unacceptable.We had the ring repaired, but the job was so poorly done that another diamond fell off shortly afterward. We then went to your store in the ************* in ********** on July 13, 2024. While ***** was kind and helpful, when she wasn't available, we dealt with *******. I specifically asked ******* to order the correct size and to have the ring engraved. He assured me it would be done, no problem. However, he did absolutely nothing we requested. Instead, they ordered a new version in a smaller size, which was the issue to begin with. The resizing job was shoddy, and the ring was not engraved as we had asked.This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The repeated failures, the rude employees, and the significant time and effort we have invested in trying to resolve these issues are unacceptable. At this point, we deserve some form of compensation, such as a refund of the protection plan, for this ongoing ordeal.I am extremely disappointed with this experience and am seriously considering never shopping at Zale'sagain. Given the repeated failures and the lack of any guarantee that this won't happen again, I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.Review from Ashley C

Worse customer service I can ever imagine. Horrible quality jewelry and can never make things right. I have tried numerous of times to get in touch with customer service and they never call me back. Please do not get any jewelry from here.Signet Jewelers Response
