      I would leave no stars but thats not an option. I have no contracts or any other affiliation with this company. However they have harassed me and continue to call and come to my residence to the point I feared for my childrens safety. I was residing at a home until July 1, 2024. The owners of the house allowed my family to live there for a term of one year under a verbal agreement that we established. 60 days before our move out date this company started harassing me and my children. I called to ask who they are and why theyre leaving notes on my door. The woman I spoke with (*****) threatened me and said I need to leave the premises. I should have called the police but I did not. Huge mistake. 3 days before I was supposed to be out I went to the house to get the remainder of our things and clean out the house the locks were changed and there was a dumpster in the driveway with all of my things in it. This company is horrible. They threaten and bully and Im pretty sure changing the locks before July 1 was completely illegal.

      No stars. This company is a joke. Im not a tenant. I simply called for information. The woman I spoke with (*****) was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional I couldnt believe it! Bad business, horrible customer service, and bad reviews!

      I inquired two questions about the housing property. At 8:47am I was told to call back at 9am because thats when the receptionists come in, So I did. at 9:00am, The first person I had had questions to put me on a hold (which is fine) and then I received woman named *****************************, who is the President. I asked my questions once to her. She raised her voice at me saying that my questions were causing confusion to her staff, she mentioned a staffer named ******. I proceeded to ask who ****** was if it was the woman earlier this morning, to when she misgendered me calling me a maam saying that she cant disclose this information about her stuff, meanwhile she was the one who mentioned her name. Also, I am a biological male. I immediately cancelled my appointment. I am extremely embarrassed and discouraged and I will tell everyone to not do business with them. Someone made an absolute mistake hiring ******* to be the president because there is not one form of leadership quality in the tone of voice she presented to me. I couldnt believe I was spoken to like that.

      Whoever gave THAT woman, if that's what you want to call IT, needs to listen to tenants complaints. The apartment below my unit, was having some work done to their plumbing, they had to turn the water off, NEVER warned me that they were going to shut the water off! And that it was going to affect my apartment! I get home after their business hours to find out I had no water! That night I went to spend the night at my sister's in case we needed to use the bathroom. Next morning before I came home, I contacted crossroads management, and explained to the person that I had no water, she told me she didn't know that she would look into it. I told her I was going to go home and see it it was back on. I get home, called the office, she transfers me SUPPOSEDLY the president of the company got on the phone. I tried to explain to her I had no water, mind you WE do not get a water bill, she tried to get smart and asked 3x if I paid my water bill, I said can I explained to you first, this individual tells me you DO NOT HAVE TO EXPLAINED ANYTHING TO ME I'M THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY. She hung up the phone on me 2x and asked me not to call her office anymore, when I called to find out what was going with my water. Little did she know I never get a water bill, couldn't even tell me it was turned off downstairs! As simple as that! I had my boyfriend called and that's how I found out it was turned off below me! Never got a call to apologize. President or NOT you do not treat people that pay rent like that! You ain't better than nobody

      I lived in the same house for 4 years. They increased my rent rate. After paying the increased rate for approximately 5 mo. The home owner called me and apologized home owner were not aware that they raised my rent. He asked me if they lower the rent back down will I renew the lease. I told him no because I had already been looking for a new place.After I moved out I had to wait 30 days to get my deposit back. I of course didnt get back as much as I would of liked but it was something. I also was in contact with the home owner. They charged me for not cleaning the carpet. They did not go over to see the house untill after the owner pulled up the carpet. They asked him if the carpet was damaged. He told them no damage people like new carpet when they move into a new place. (After already being charged for the carpet not cleaned which they were.)So today 4 mo after moving out and getting my security deposit back crossroads management send me yet **** for $32. I wonder what this is for. It being the weekend I will have to wait until Monday to find out.I wish I had the option to give them zero stars.
