I used a car from them on 5/20/24 and ended up having it for an entire month. Progressive says they sent them all information including that I had full coverage that would cover the rental, when I asked them if my insurance covered the car they told me “i don’t know, probably not.” And lied to me to get me to sign up for their insurance that was $20 a day. Now they claim I owe them $700 and will not let me dispute, I have called several times and have been told that a regional manager or branch manager will call me back, they have not. They have now sent me 1 letter in the mail stating that they will be sending this charge to collections when they haven’t contacted me, emailed me, or sent me any other mail including a bill. They had also tried several times to force the full amount to my card without my authorization
