Pavlina is selling pallet/returned items discounted out of a warehouse in ******* **. We purchased a chest of drawers online from her. Sent ***** $100 and picked up the next day. The dresser was said to be complete with no missing or damaged items. We came home to assemble the dresser and discovered the back panel was missing. I messaged pavlina and she apologized for the missing piece. She takes photos of all the prices prior to sale. She reviewed the pictures and agreed it was missing. We were given 2 options. A $20 discount or the option to return. We chose to return. When we returned she stated she would inspect the item then complete the return. Shortly after leaving I receive a message stating all the pieces are there. She sends a photo of pieces that were not there initially. I told her we were no longer interested and would like our return. She then advised me she couldn’t because we had damaged the dresser. Which was never done. It was opened in our garage on a blanket to prevent damage. Packaged as received and returned damage free. She refused to process of return.
