Siding and facia was blown off during a storm 4 months ago and needs repair. The contractor will not answer the phone, text messages or emails. I was told moths ago that they would come out but they did not call or show up. Since then they will not respond to any form of communication.

I am rejecting this response because:The answer is too vague. I want a date or ar least a time frame. I was told it was going to be fixed a few times already and no one showed up.

I've been out 5 times already for the siding. I will reach out next Wednesday, 9/4/24 to schedule a time to go out 1 more time to repair the siding.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The claim they have been out 5 times for repairs is false. It has been twice at the most. There is not limit on repair visits stated in the written warranty agreement.
I have already paid another company to perform the siding and facia repairs. I went 6 months waiting for resolution. I could not wait any longer and risk further damge.
They failed to show up or even call on previous occasions, then proceeded to ignore my calls for several months.
The repairs are no longer needed but I want my complaint to be registered so future prospective clients can know what to expect.
