My daughter and I went to this place to buy a car. We found one that was $29,000 and decided that was a good price. They allowed her to take the car before I was able to sign and when I went to sign they had said the price was $37,000 plus they added on $5,000 additional monies for extra things we didn't authorize which jumped the cost to $42,000. I questioned the price on the loan and they said that is what it cost. I did this on September 18 4:00 at and returned the car on September 19 at 9:15. I told them that I had three days to cancel the transaction and they insisted that was not allowed in the state of Ohio. They refused to cancel the loan and the reimbursement for the down payment. I have never dealt with someone that is so dishonest. They refused to give the dealer sticker from the car to me showing what the actual price was. I kept telling them it was the wrong price and since they let my daughter leave with the car, I didn't want them to report it stolen since I refused to sign. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE CAR DEALER. THEY ARE TOTALLY DISHONEST AND NOONE WOULD TAKE RESPONSIBIITY OF WHO CHANGED THE PRICE. AFFORD THIS PLACE. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE HAD BUYING A CAR.

Spoke on the phone with a salesperson about a specific vehicle, even had a relative go test drive the vehicle because I live 2 hours away. The salesperson told me over the phone that the only fees I should expect are the 250 document fee and a 35 title fee, plus sales tax for my county. I took a day off work and drove 2 hours to the dealership to test drive the vehicle and then start paperwork. When the time came to see the final price of the vehicle (including adjustments for my trade-in) the number they showed me was WAY different than the number I was expecting based on my phone call with the salesperson the day before, plus the number was handwritten on a piece of paper and showed no breakdown of the amount. I had to ask the salesperson 3 times to show me a breakdown of the amount and each time they just kept bringing back another piece of paper with a handwritten number and each time was a different number than before. After finally getting a piece of paper that showed a breakdown, it was revealed that they were using the wrong base price for the vehicle (in their favor) and they had added a $1,000 charge for "Pro-coat". They had also offered an offensively low trade-in value on my vehicle despite their website boasting "We'll pay more for your trade!". Their website also has a BBB sticker on it claiming to have an "A+" Rating despite the fact that BBB rates them as a B+ which I think is generous. This company is fraudulent and dishonest and have no remorse for wasting people's time and effort and try to scam you with hidden fees and sketchy business methods. I have tried to resolve my complaint directly with them and they were unwilling to do anything about it.
