      It seems the common thread is the home warranty and i'm prepared to say that even that is part of the scam. premier was assigned to me because my a/c was blowing warm air. the tech was nice enough and said the problem was that the unit needed some refrigerant added and to be cleaned. the cleaning was $89 and not covered by the warranty. i agreed to have him do the chemical cleaning that he said i couldn't do b/c i wouldn't have the right chemicals. 31 days later, after the warranty work had expired, the a/c wouldn't even come on. new contractor sent out and when he opened the unit, the dirt, debris, and gunk was all still in place and had never been cleaned by the premier. so i am contacting them to get my $89 back and my warranty company to return my service fee. just do your job people, just do your job and stay under the radar and you'll get more work by good word of mouth rather than the bad i see here.

      Everybody complains and blames, but nobody compliments. This was the vendor sent to me by American Home Shield. I called them Sunday night after being notified that they were the assigned vendor. I was expecting to leave a message but they answered the phone! I was shocked. The gentleman was very polite, told me that he could squeeze me in and come the very next day between 8-12. Again, I was shocked! The next day, just as he had told me, he called before heading to my home, and he was there by 11. Mike was clean, well groomed, polite, and very well prepared. He went right to work checking our system and after a very short time, had diagnosed a plugged receiver/drier on the line. Within 30 minutes he had shut off and evacuated the refrigerant, cut out the old drier unit, soldered in the new one, replaced the coolant and tested the system. He had professional tools. Everything worked perfect! He had me sign one quick piece of paper, and he left. He cleaned everything up and left the area as he found it. I found Mike to be friendly, very professional, and willing to politely answer all my questions. He was first rate all the way! I think some of these reviewers need to take a long hard look in the mirror and evaluate that individual critically. It’s so easy to be a jerk or to transfer our frustration into the poor workman which comes to help us. We all think we know it all but in truth, we don’t because if we did, we wouldn’t be calling the Calvary for help! I treated Mike with the respect and courtesy he was entitled to from me, and he returned it in kind back to me. It was a positive experience from beginning to end, and I went from a broken air conditioner to a fantastic functioning unit in less than 16 hours from my initial call to Premier! It doesn’t get much better or faster than that. Thank you Mike and thank you Premier for your EXCELLENT service! I wholeheartedly would recommend you!

      A condenser that Premier replaced is working fantastic! Unfortunately, they didn't put the unit together correctly and air was blowing out and carrying condensed water with it. I noticed it after the water traveled through my walls and started to bleed at a bedroom door jam. I guess it didn't matter much in the end, as I found they never plugged the drip pan which still would have sent the water on a journey through my walls anyway. In conclusion, these guys have been around for while and have a truck, but they are expensive and don't know much about heating and cooling work. Give 'em a try if you like, but I just fixed it myself and saved myself further aggravation.

      Would not recommend at all. This company was sent out by my home warranty company and has no customer service skills - He was very rude because I had to leave work to meet him which was 3 minutes from my home and he had to wait a whopping 2 minutes for me to be home from work to meet him. You could just tell by his attitude that he did not want to be here or help me at all. First thing he said when he walks up to my home was “sounds like it’s working”.. which I have has multiple people out hear to look at this issue and he was my second oooo ion. That doesn’t reassure you or anything. They were here for 9 minutes from the times my security cameras shown. How do you diagnose an issue in 9 minutes!!! I mean I worked in a service department and know bottom line is an hour for diagnostics. Best part is here we are 19 minutes after he left and the issue is sounding!! Maybe if you would take the time to listen to your customer and spend more then 10 minutes at a home you would of been able to hear our issue.
