***** did some work for our backyard and installed a gazebo that was not secured properly. The wind knocked off one portion on top of the gazebo and ***** has never responded to our calls and messages and continues to ignore once he got paid instead of coming back and fixing the issue. There are large portions of the backyard where grass was torn off and area where he did not seed properly , just covered it with sod and continues to ignore us on this . The overall work was very shabby and he is totally irresponsible once he gets paid .Initial Complaint

***** and his team installed all new lighting, transformers, and lines on our property onf 3/25/2023. Though the contract uploaded does not state this, he told me there was a 7 year warranty on all products. About a year later (late spring 2023), several lights stopped working. One light had broken pieces inside; one fell apart completely, and now all of my back lights won't work at all as the circuitry seems faulty. I have contacted ***** no less than 10 times about needing replacements and repairs, even agreeing to pay additional money for the services. His wife called me back once after several voicemails saying she would put in the warranty request for one of the lights. When I checked back in, he continued to ignore more after 7 more reach outs on email and phone. Then, he eventually just blocked my number entirely (I know this from the change in iMessage colors and straight to voicemail every single day). I gave him several warnings I would have to report this if he did not respond to me. I paid $4k for a lighting system that is essentially non functional now. I will have to get another entirely new company to redo everything, costing thousands. I need my broken parts replaced and the rest of the transformers repaired IMMEDIATELY. This is unacceptable for a business to simply block me because they refuse to do repair work on faulty equipment.Customer response
