Product: Mermaid Night Light Little Mermaid & Human Epoxy Resin Decor Piece, Size 10"x8.5" Date of purchase: December 8th, 2022 Total amount paid for product: $207.94 I have contacted Hots Gift about 10 times by email, only for them to give me a constant vague “It’s still in process.” runaround. It’s been almost 3 months since I ordered it, and I paid for expedited shipping, the delivery date of which has LONG since passed. I’ve asked multiple times for a more specific delivery update with zero help from customer service. After a few times of them being completely unhelpful in providing information regarding the shipping status of the product, I insisted on a refund which they replied with, “Hi, Please view the Cancellation Policy, 1. Order cancellation in 24 hours is free of charge. Beyond this time, restocking/processing fees will apply to cancellations even though the order has not been shipped out. 2. Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price. 3. Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price. 4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Anyway, we respect your decision. Sincerely, Fancy” Which they never mentioned on the product page or the site. Convenient “refund policy” when there’s no product to ever be shipped out. I demand a full refund from them and for their site to be taken down if possible, since I can see they got a horrific rating online and I’m sure they’ve done this to countless other consumers. on the 19th of Jan I ordered a memory ring from them and it said 7-15 days. well that would have been the 3rd of Feb for delivery. and today is the 13th of Feb and still no ring, I tried to call they don't have a phone listed and so i emailed them twice now and no response I don't know what else to do all i want is the ring or my refund. so I was trying you first . before i file a small claims . so please let me know what i can do next the address on line is **** * ***** *** ***** *** ******** ** XXXXX I did find a number today while searching to find a way to get a hold of them it is X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. when i dialed its said that this is a ordering line only. so I left my name and just said call me . but they don't have hours on weekends. but it also said if i want to check on a shipment i will have to do so via their web site only. I would appreciate anything you can do for me . the only thing i have ia a order number XXXXX the date 1-19-2022and price of 34.00Business response
