Professional and personal, they were on time and did a very thorough job the guys were well mannered and they cleaned up after themselves as they went I would call them again anytime to get my air ducts to cleanReview from Connie H

Recently our dryer vent was serviced by Poorman's Precise Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning. Within a few days, we began to smell a terrible stench in our laundry room. When I called Poorman, he said to run the dryer empty and that should clear up the problem. The smell continued, so we called in another company who uses cameras in the duct. After viewing the footage, we found our vent had not been cleaned. A large clog was found just inches from the top and then the camera found lint hanging from all sides of the duct. We informed Poorman through an email with an attached photo of the first clog. We will let others in our condo development know that this was not a company to use in the future.

******, I am extremely sorry *********** and my ******** ******* did not get all the wet lint out of your dryer vent pipe. On their defense, wet lint sticks to PVC pipe like glue sometimes. It needs drying out to get it cleaned properly. You need to have your dryer vent cleaned every 2 to 3 years. Don't let the lint in your dryer vent get to the fowl smell stage. The next stage is fire. 30% of house fires are caused by dryers due to neglected venting systems. Here is your $***** back. Once again we are truly sorry. We have cleaned over 400 dryer vents this year. Only had problems with yours. p.s. I have been in business for 23 years. You are the first complaint I have had and you shamed us for your neglect.
