      I ordered an electric mixer on June 17, 2023. As of today, July 2, 2023, my order has not even been processed, let alone shipped, with zero communication from the company other than an automated text right after I placed the order. I have emailed them twice with no response and they don’t seem to have a phone number to call. I saw another complaint on here from a few months ago from a customer stating they didn’t receive their order either and the company claims it was shipped and the carrier “must have forgotten to scan the item”. Considering it’s been almost 3 weeks and I haven’t even received a shipping confirmation, I highly doubt they shipped that customers order either; this could be a pattern for them. After researching the company, based on their social media profile, they don’t seem to be currently operating as a business. I don’t know if they are out of stock or if the entire thing is a scam but if anyone reading this is thinking of making a purchase from them, don’t. I would like a full refund in the amount of $34.95 because I never received what I ordered. They should stop taking orders they can’t fulfill and remove the 2 day shipping claim from their site. They can’t seem to deliver their products period let alone provide 2 day shipping. Thank you.

      I haven’t received any responses from the company to my complaint or emails, and today the item showed up at my house. I checked the tracking and it was sent July 2, 2023, the same day I filed the complaint. So they didn’t plan on doing anything with regard to my order, no refund, no response, nothing, but because I filed a complaint they sent it. But that isn’t what I asked for, I asked for a refund which I made very clear. This item was a gift and it has already been replaced with something else, so I have no use for it. 

       

      So now I have to waste even more of my time to deal with this situation. I tried to update my complaint to include this information but I can’t figure out how to do it. Is there a way? I think this information is important because there is something odd going on with this company and others should be aware. Also, I still want a refund and no longer want the product. So what do I do now? I can’t even ship it back to them because I’m not paying for shipping and I can’t get in touch with them for a return label. 

       

      I would also like to know who I can file a complaint with to have the company investigated because something isn’t right. Thank you for your help with this matter, kindly respond when you have a moment.

      Hi, please see the forwarded message below that I sent to the BBB address that was supposedly handling my case. When I went to check on the status of my complaint your email was listed as the overseeing office so I figured I would forward it to you as well. Please let me know which office will be handling my complaint. 

      The company hasn’t replied to the BBB complaint as far as I know but they finally emailed me back and want me to pay for shipping, ship the item back, then they say they will refund my money. I don’t trust that they will do that because of their actions (or lack thereof) so far (See message below/complaint for details), so I told them I would ship it back after they refund me and send me a prepaid shipping label but I don’t think they are going to do that. 

      I wanted to amend the complaint with all of this but I don’t see an option to do that. I also would like to know who else I can contact to help me out in this matter and/or to report this company because I am not the only person they have done this to and I know the BBB can’t force the company to refund me. 

      I understand this may take a while to resolve and I would appreciate a response at your earliest convenience.

      Hello, I'm not sure what the problem is exactly. On her file it initially said "High Fraud Alert" which means that that specific area code or card is marked by Shopify as "Potentially Fraudulent". Due to this, we had to wait for it to fully clear. This took atleast 3-4 days to do so. Either way, the package has been successfully delivered and the screenshots show that. The customer email could have been located on spam or our old email that just got deleted and changed to our current one. Either way, the package was safely delivered and all of our packages are paid 2 day priority shipping via USPS.

      I ordered a gym to mixer with guaranteed 2-3 days shipping and of 2/13 the uSps still hasn’t received the product to ship. I have emailed them over 12 times and haven’t not heard a response. Order number is ****. All I want now is a refund as they are misleading delivery showing shipped when the product hand then sent only the label has been created. My total order was $49.94

      Hello, I'm very sorry to see this complaint! We shipped the item out January 24th and apparently the USPS did not scan it or send it out. I am not sure there reasoning behind it but a full moneyback refund was issued.

      10/23 I bought a product from Gym Bro and one of the promotions was free two day shipping. Upon completing the transaction, I was charged with 2 day shipping despite the promotion. On top of that, the product arrived on 10/31, so way past the two day mark. I have sent multiple emails trying to get help with this issue, and I am not getting a response.
