Spectacular tree care company did work on my neighbor's property in July 2022, in the process of removing neighbors' 100 FT tree they rolled 5ft large sections of the neighbor's tree truck down my maple tree and on to my property with no regard to my property. I went out and complained to **** the owner and his employees about the damage to my yard and my tree and **** came down from the tree and assured me he would clean up any damage. I trusted he would do what he said he would. Last week I noticed that the large limb that was crushed was still in the tree and now dead from those trunk pieces that dropped on my tree that **** did not remove as promised. So, I reached out to ****, and he tried to say it was from a tornado and refused to come back and trim the limb they had crushed from rolling the neighbors' tree trunk down my tree. Then after basically making up excuses why he was not liable and telling me I am trying to get free tree service as well as lying about the conversation we had, he said he would not fix the damage he caused to my tree for free and that he would give me a free quote to charge me if I wanted him to remove it. I told him I should not have to pay for his mistakes, and he is liable for the damage to the limb on my tree. I did not ask for my whole tree to be trimmed, just the limb that was damaged by him, which is now dying and broke, so it does not further damage my tree.Business response

Spechtacular Tree Care ltd. Removed an oak tree at Miss.**** neighbors house at *** ** **** **** on May 17th 2022. Miss. *** has a maple tree on the back right side of property which hangs over neighbors property. While removing the oak, a piece of brush caught a couple maple limbs on the way down. Miss. *** was very unprofessional about the situation when contact was made. I told her I would remove the 2 broken branches and clean up all debris. I climbed Miss.**** maple and removed the 2 broken branches as well as a couple other dead branches that were already in the tree simply because I was already there. I received a call on October 25th 2022 from Miss.*** complaining of broken branches in tree. I did the job over 5 months ago and there have been many high damaging winds come through Fremont over the summer. I know the damage I did was taken care of when I left her property. I conduct my business in a professional manner and making sure my work is completed properly is my #1 priority. I told Miss.*** I have no issue coming out to give her a free estimate on any further work.
