This company is awful!They took my money, saying they have a high success rate in selling timeshares. This is absolutely not true!!All I did was lower the price time and time again. Now, I haven't heard from them in 3 years. They are a SCAM and FRAUD.

We loved this location! We were only 8-12 mins from all the attractions. The condo was very spacious and I loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Check-in was easy, I was worried about this resort being a timeshare but after politely declining to give our phone number at check-in we were not asked or bother from any staff. We gave them an old email as our contact at check-in. We had an issue with our wrist keys and the staff was great in helping us get new ones and checking to make sure our door lock worked with new ones. The condo was a great size! Master bedroom and living room was large. Kitchen came fully equipped. My kids loved the arcade (which is on free mode/no quarters) and putt putt. We rented DVDs for the front desk. The multiple pools were great and the towels provided were actually very nice. We didn't have anything planned for two days of our trip and there was plenty of things for my family to do on site and included. The $7 activity fee was worth it. The location is also centrally located to all the shopping and restaurants. There is also a great public park "*******" super close and large for free play. I would definitely stay here again especially for families wanting some space and activities.

The location was great. I loved the pool. Only issue was checking in. No one in line and both check staff members were on the phone.

We had a wonderful stay in a newly renovated unit. The pool was a wonderful way to end each day. The family enjoyed a round of mini golf. There were more amenities that we didn’t even realize, but we didn’t have time to enjoy and explore after our long days in Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The grounds were lovely and we would love to come back if we find our way back to Williamsburg.

The buildings and neighborhood grounds are very well kept up and very nice. Beautiful! That coffee shop has so much potential with a lovely patio, but only one barista, dark atmosphere. This patio should be cleaned well and used for numerous things and we would have gone. The pool was great. Extra crowded, but well controlled and felt as clean as it could be with so many people. Towels at the pool were nice. Loved the beer and cocktails there. As far as our unit, it was clean and had everything that we needed. Easy everything. However, its very dark inside. The patio would have been great, but it was very dirty with cicada wings and carcasses. No fault of the owner that it is high cicada season and there is no way to stay on top of that this time of year. Overall a really good stay.

The check in process was easy. We did get asked to sign up for a sales pitch but when we said no thanks they didnt bother us again. Property is in a great location close to downtown and hiking. Will definitely stay again.

The property was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for easy access to Colonial Williamsburg and the campus of William & Mary. We will definitely plan on staying there again in the future!

This was the perfect place for a birthday getaway for my daughter. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

We had a fun week adventuring in ******. The resort was perfectly situated closely to the hikes and mountain biking we wanted to do. Our stay was basically: sleep, hike, eat, swim, bike, eat, swim, sleep. The unit and the variety of pools and hot tubs were perfectly suited to our plans. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and close proximity to pool and hot tub was just the icing on the cake!
