Fast and very good at what they do especially the communication!! They promised and over delivered. Who would have thought that purchasing a new driveway could be so exciting!? Everyday that I open my garage it feels like Christmas morning all over again! If there was a concrete city these guys would be the mayor of concrete city! They even treated me and my family to a Clippers game! Simply amazing! Keep up the fantastic work!

I had a Driveway and Back Patio done by Capital City, and they did an exceptional job, the communication was beyond my expectations , They answered all my questions in a timely manner, and even gave some very good suggestions, the job was completed in a timely manner. Exceptional communication and work product. ******* was the person that came to give us an estimate. He provided an itemized estimate for everything we asked. Not pushy at all. We called and were set up in about two months for a driveway extension, sidewalk replacement and rerplacement porch steps. Communication was great throughout. We had a few things we wanted clarification of how we could get everything ready for the project and our questions were answered timely and ******* even offered suggestions for changes to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Crew showed up at 8 am. Took out old sidewalk and steps, cleared sod and dirt for extension and set up forms and put in gravel the first day. ***** was the project supervisor and he was here in the beginning and checked back in regularly. ***** suggested making the steps slightly wider and taking out an additional piece of sidewalk up to front stairs to make the flow better with the curve we wanted. Quickly made change order. The next morning at 8 am they were here to pour the concrete. *********, ******* and ******* were very professional and the new work looks even better than our original driveway. The sidewalk and steps up to the porch are better than we could have imagined - the concrete goes right up to the stone landscape wall and looks custom. They stayed until everything was perfect. We could not be more pleased. ********* commented on how nice everything looks.

The overall look of our driveway is good, which is why the 3 stars, where Capital City Concrete has fallen short is with the lack of communication and lack of follow through by their residential project coordinator, ****. Our driveway project was completed on 6/17/22. After voicing concerns to **** (their Commercial project Coordinator) which by the way, if you're lucky enough to get him assigned to any project, you're in good hands. But unfortunately for us, he's their commercial lead. However, he was the only one we (my husband and I) could get on the phone to get questions answered and to voice our concerns too. After awhile during our project I forgot who **** was, because we never saw him or even heard from him at any point during our project. Fast forward, driveway completed 6/17th, talked to **** and sent pictures of a crumbled looking concrete finish along part of the driveway (was told by ***, that that was ok), a divot in a part of the concrete along the middle, and also a part of the concrete where the corners are completely separated. **** forwarded our concerns to ****. Finally got a vm message from **** on 6/24th. He left his cell#, I sent him the pictures. When my husband and **** spoke, **** said he would come to our home on Thursday, 7/7/22 to do a walk through and look at our areas of concern. It saddens me to say that **** was a no call/no show. There are other issues that I have not even mentioned, but I have expressed them to ****,and hopefully those issues along with pictures and videos that I sent have been used as a training opportunity for the crew. However, with regard to the issues I have expressed here, Capital City Concrete has a great commercial on tv, and they advertise, "let the pros do it", well, that's what we believed we were doing, but as a customer, it gets tiresome when I have to add "Call Cap City" to my to do list. We just want Capital City to follow through and to fix these areas of concern, but to date, it has not happened.
