      Hi I am a gas station Owner using Vector Security for years.. It started 3 weeks ago with a phone call , in which they couldn't address my issue instead they imposed a suspension of my weekly reporting (which made my concern of :: ex or current employee may get in the store when store is supposed to be closed and alarmed . Since then , I made sevral calls to Restart my weekly reporting but after long waits, call ends up with only option to leave message to receive a return call , but no luck.. They do need to communicate with me . This is a senstive issue , and I even suspect them may be helping my ex employe to steal. I am as Paranoid as it sound , I know.. BBB can respond by email or text message prefferibly. Thanks in advace for providing su h a great platform.

      I'm sorry for the lack on response in getting back to you regarding your system at the address you provided. We recently transitioned to a new phone system and have been having some issues with it.   I will have someone contact your tomorrow to follow up on this and to rectify this promptly.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      There's no proof of them communication with me...How about just restoring me the regular weekly OPEN AND CLOSE report ( that they had been sending me for last several years on the weekly basis as per of their usual service practices to the account holders ) for week ending 04/ 07 and going forward,, unless one of their employee of our very rural and limited community area, is involve with one of my ex employee..
