I sat in the drive thru line for 20 mins (using fuel)- Paid at first window (was not issued a receipt). Pulled up to second window and they said my order was not ready. I was told to pull up and wait in the waiting spot ahead. I did- waited several min. I left without order. McDonald's owes me one dollar and fifty cents for the coffee I ordered but never got - and 30 min. of my life (plus 2 dollars fuel). Thanks.Business response

I am writing in response to a complaint issued to the BBB regarding our location at the McDonald's in
Georgetown, OH on 09/2912022.
I want to apologize for your bad experience at our restaurant. We strive to give quality service and
products in a timely manner. According to your complaint we did not achieve this with your order.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have enclosed some coupons. I hope that this will make up
for your bad experience.
