Stevie Lied to me about multiple things, strung me along for 2 months. Wasted my time picking up bikes that didnt run right just to bring them to me in the same condition. They put gasket seal on my carbs and left my vintage bikes outside and brought them back rusty. My carb bowls still leaked. I found 2 broken in half gaskets in each carb when he said he was buying new ones. He told me he was replacing the drum shoes, he put them back together with no pad and steel to steel contact on the one causing a safety issue. Has kids who are inadequate working on things who have to deliver bikes that dont run right and act like its alright to do so. Was also smoking **** while I stopped to check on my bikes.Business response

Yes service was done 6 months ago which the customer never reached out to take carw of the problem and when dropped off never had any complaints up until 6 mo ths later.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When parker dropped it off it basically is what it was, he even recommended me taking them to rustic cycles. Parker knew I wasn't happy, and he even expressed that Stevie was not being honest and running the business the way that it should be. At that point I was done with them and just wanted to make sure I received my bikes back and they didn't mess anything else up. Why would I send them back to them, when they couldn't do what they said they would, after multiple chances to make it right after he had me pick up my bikes with issues still, so he kept them and had them another month and my carbs still had gasket seal on them and were leaking. Stevie said my bikes were done a few weeks before delivery. It took me having someone else to work on it to find these things out. It was not 6 months ago. They dropped my bikes off in mid September after me calling them multiple times and excuses, of help etc. I just wanted my assets back at that point. I also saw they took someone else for $1600 in a review on google so wanted to share my experience. If they couldn't do the job they shouldn't have taken it and charged me for things that they said they did and they did not, that is considered fraud. I have a voicemail from Stevie addressing the brake shoe issue, and confirmed with him in a text message to take care of it that I have as well. No reputable place would put it back together in that condition when it's what stops a motorcycle from moving. I do not want anything else from this business other then them to stop being dishonest to people, I learned my lesson with "backyard shops" and am putting this behind me and do not want any contact from them.
