    "Returns and Refunds
    Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns, or you may opt for in-store credit with no additional fees. We provide pre-paid shipping labels upon request for returns.
    Warranties
    All devices sold or repaired by Strictly Apple are covered by a 1-year warranty against non-accidental issues, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers operational defects that arise within the first year after purchase or repair. Please note, however, that data and personal information are not covered under this warranty. Accessories such as charging cables and blocks are warranted for 30 days against non-accidental issues.
    Damages and Issues
    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
    If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
    We will promptly assess the issue and work towards a resolution.
    Exchanges
    You may exchange a device for an item of the same value or pay the price difference.

    To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
    Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
    Upon acceptance of your return, you may proceed with a separate purchase for your desired item.
