I have contracted MPM, LLC on several occassions to either repair existing components of my home or construct new ones, and every time they have surpassed my expectations and worked well within my budget. I can't say enough good things about this business and the work they do. From the free estimates and caring team members who actually listen to your ideas and concerns, to the level of detail and care that goes into every part of their craftsmanship. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

I had a deck built by this contracting business, and I have never been so disappointed. First, it took 3 weeks longer to complete the work than originally stated in the contract. Then, Mr M***** never returned to complete the gutter work. When I sent a certified letter to the business to try to get some satisfaction, he never even picked it up. His business address is a PO Box at the Grove City Post office. I also feel like he may be a little underhanded because he had me write my payment checks to him, not the company. I do not recommend this business to anyone

We were originally contracted to build a roof over your existing deck. Immediately upon closer inspection, we realized your entire deck was rotten from water and moisture exposure and posed a serious safety risk. After meeting with you over the condition of your deck, you decided to contract us to also replace the deck. We were very forthcoming with the costs to be expected in materials and labor for the change order. Knowing and respecting your financial position, our owner covered a substantial amount of materials for your project out of his pocket to help you out. Throughout the entire process, at the end of every single work day, you were asked to carefully and closely inspect the progress on both the deck and the roof being built on your trailer. At the beginning of each and every day thereafter, your family and yourself confirmed that you not only liked how the projects were coming together, but "loved" them, as you expressed on several occassions. The delay of two weeks, not three, was due to two separate factors. One, the original quoted timeline did not include the demolition and reconstruction of an entirely new deck and two, the parts to finish your gutter installation were on back order from the store and we had to wait for them to be shipped to your trailer park. Yes, once the part finally arrived, we were definitely busy with our next client/project and it took us a couple days to get back out to your trailer park to finish the gutter installation. On the last day, your family was yet again asked to please carefully inspect both the completed deck and roof for any imperfections or problems you would like us to address. Again, you and your family carefully inspected every single detail, every screw and every board of both components and yet again, raved about how much you "loved" the results. Matter of fact, you didn't have any problems with anything until it came time to write the check for the final payment and close out the contract. Somehow or another, you were under the false impression that the labor involved with the demolition and reconstruction of your deck was absolutely free and we were there on some sort of volunteer or charity mission. Although we clearly expressed the associated costs with the newly added project, and after our owner spent nearly $2,000 out of his pocket to offset your overall costs, you still weren't happy with how much you had to pay. You tried to get half of your project completed for free. Unfortunately we own an LLC, which is to say, we are a for-profit entity. We do not currently accept or perform charity or volunteer based work or contracts, although we do plan to do such services in the future, we currently do not. Then, once you signed the final page of the contract, you legally bound yourself to not doing exactly what you did here. Leaving negative reviews or in any other way attacking the credibility of our company, quality or craftsmanship, otherwise creating a situation for yourself to be sued for defamation of character and slander. Unfortunately, you have violated this agreement and a cease a desist letter has been sent to you via email. The same email in which you used to make this, yet another, post or review, thus telling us it is still valid. At this point, we have no option but to proceed with the lawsuit. We did everything in our power to please you and exceed expectations but unfortunately sometimes you come across clients who are just impossible to please. Good luck.
