Received multiple unsolicited texts and calls fro this business about selling a property to them - but I don't own the property they wanted to buy. I explained that to them and that I wasn't interested and to not callback but they kept wanting to buy a property from me. Sent more texts and left voicemails AFTER I had told them politely "no thank you".My number is on the Do Not Call list and they never should have contacted me in the first place. Apparently that doesn't matter to this business.

And would it be a bother to also ask if you have done business with Columbus Cash Buyers, in order to validate this being a Customer review or if you've left a customer review as a non-customer which may be misleading to customers who use our real estate-related services?We feel like there could have been a slight misunderstanding. Our firm buys about 3 to 5 houses a day from inbound marketing. We have conversations with sellers who have reached out to one of our brands or engaged and have acknowledged that they are interested in selling, typically through a form that is manually filled out or by calling us directly. Because other cash buyers in Columbus know that we have an outstanding track record, there are several companies who word their messaging to make them sound like Columbus Cash Buyers.We'll do some research to find out how your information was added to our system. If you had a conversation and there were unwanted follow-*** from one of our team members, weve ensured that simply replying STOP to a text message at any time, immediately locks our team out from being able to follow up, and our administrative staff typically has the number removed within 72 hours. Additionally, if the form was submitted to us in error, our business line ************** (option 2) allows for one of our live staff members to respectfully remove the number of anyone who has had their information submitted to us.If you would like to follow those steps or have a member from our team manually check and remove your number, we are always happy to comply.
