      I ordered a t-shirt shirt from their Facebook advertisement on 1/30/23. It was $22.00 + 5.25 shipping. I received on 2/6/23. The size was way too big on me and material seemed different vs what was advertised so did not want an exchange for other size. I looked up their website on how to get refund. I could find no phone number, only email. I emailed on 2/6, 2/7, 2/10 & 2/16 with no response. Today, I found this bbb.org site to file complaint. I will never order from a business like this again, only well known companies. Terrible business ethics!

      This company promises your money back if their item is not delivered by a certain date. I ordered a shirt and a sweatshirt that should have been delivered by 1/29 and it did not come until the following week. They did not back up their guarantee.

      Placed an order on January 24,2022 for 3 T-shirt’s and 2 sweatshirts. The website claimed delivery by January 29th or a refund would be issued. I did not recieve the product until February 8th. When I received the product, 2 of the sweatshirts were the wrong size. I contacted the company via email and Facebook on February 8th to seek a resolution but have not gotten a response. I am seeking a refund or an exchange for the correct product.

      I ONLY placed order ***** with Culture-Dunk based on their website banner that said that all orders placed by 1pm Wed were guaranteed to be delivered by Saturday, Jan 29th or your money back. I ordered 5 shirts for our group to wear to the AFC Championship game on Sunday January 30, 2022. My order was placed around 1130am on Wednesday January 26th, falling under their guarantee terms (see attached email to info@culture-dunk.com). When the shirts did not arrive on Saturday, I reached out to them multiple times via email but did not get a response. I did open a dispute/case with Paypal, when the items were "awaiting drop-off at USPS", but it was eventually denied today because the shirts finally arrived. Per the USPS tracking number provided( **********************), the items were not delivered until February 7th. Now that the shirts have finally arrived, 9 days late, they will not respond to my requests to return the merchandise for a refund. I would have never placed the order if they did not clearly have the guaranteed delivery date on the website. I would like some help with getting this company to tell me how to get my money back for not meeting their own guarantees. I would be happy to return their shirts, but no one will respond. This is a terrible way to conduct business. Thank you *****

      I placed an order for a T-shirt via a Facebook advertisement on 12/5/2021. On 12/6/2021, my credit card was charged $23.00 - $18 for merchandise, plus $5 shipping. I received a confirmation of my purchase via text message. About 10 days later, after visiting the website via the link attached to view my order, I submitted a message inquiring about my order to which I received NO response. I continued to contact them via text message on 12/15/2021 and 12/22/2021, and via email on 12/14/2021, 12/15/2021, and 12/22/2021. I did not receive ANY RESPONSE to any attempts at contacting them. Their website states that all orders will be delivered by 12/24/2021. I NEVER received my order. The t-shirt was a Christmas gift, so I don't even want it now. I just want my money back and I want to prevent anyone else getting scammed by this company. Since it happened to me a second time, I am more bothered by it. It is wrong and this company is run by thieves and should be put out of business.
