They completed our 410 ft black aluminum fence 7/15/21 We paid for double arched Gates but they weren't in they said they would be in at the end of the month, so they put in straight gates for the time being. From afar the fence looked fine. They told us to stay off of it for a few weeks, which we did. So a month or so later I went out to try to clean the fence off. They did it on a really wet muddy day so there was mud all over the fence. I noticed that there were scratches and multiple screws missing and loose posts. I contacted them they came out and replaced the screws and spray painted spots of the fence and told me to give the posts a few more weeks and good rainfalls to make the concrete set. We did just that and contacted them about a month later telling them they were still loose and that the front fence line was crooked. I inquired about the arched gates they said they still weren't in yet. They said that they would look at the fence posts when they came out with the gates. I continue to contact them every few months inquiring about updates they continue to tell me that the arch gates were not in. Each time they said that they would fix the issues I spoke to them on the telephone multiple times and through text. They even said that they would come out and just fix the issues even if the arch gates weren't in which they never did. Today 4/25/22. They were going to come out once again but didn't and then we're texting me putting the blame on us and then the owner called me very argumentative telling me that it was our fault that we must have pushed on the posts, conversation went on about how it was not his fault that there were problems, and then he told me to get a lawyer and sue him and hung up on me.Initial Complaint

8-10-21 Notified ****** that we sent the $200.00 deposit required to put us on the schedule for fence installation. I requested the last week in September and was told that would be no problem. 10-19-21 Texted to see when they would be out. Told it was still on B/O 10-25-21 texted to see when would be out. Told still on B/O no idea when it would be in. 10-27-21 She texted me to say parts should be in Friday the 29th. 11-7-21 texted to see if parts came in. Truck never came in she said. 11-19-21 texted to see if parts came in. 11-22-21 she said she would call back and did not. 11-23-21 texted to ask if she heard anything. She said she would call 11 am tomorrow. No call back. By now I contacted other fence installers to see if there were truly backorders. Two others neighbors had fences put in. **** from Fence Pro told me on 11/23/21 he had the fencing and could put it in the next week. Since ****** had our money we had to keep waiting. She did not get back to me so my husband took over communications to her. 11-24 -21 He called and spoke to her. He told her we either wanted the fence in by 12/3/21 or a refund. She stated she would talk to ******. 12-3-21 He called and voicemail box was filled. Sent text message. She messaged back saying she was in meeting and would call after. No return call. 12-4-21 He called twice and voicemail box was filled. She called back and said they won’t give us refund. She said what they could do is come out and install the parts that they had in their possession. She said they would be out 12/9 or 12/10 and at the latest Monday 12/13. 12-13-21 He texted her saying we haven’t heard and update and the weather was very nice so there refusal to come out was not weather related. 12-14-21 She wrote back saying looks like next week weather permitting. 12-22-21 He texted her for update 12-27-21 He texted her saying when are you coming out and if you can’t then we want a refund. 12-29-21 He texted her for update
