          Advertising Review

          BBB promotes truth in advertising by contacting advertisers whose claims conflict with the BBB Code of Advertising. These claims come to our attention from our internal review of advertising, consumer complaints and competitor challenges. BBB asks advertisers to prove their claims, change ads to make offers more clear to consumers, and remove misleading or deceptive statements.

          On June 3, 2022, BBB asked the business to substantiate earnings claims made on its flyer. The business advertised that investors can earn a guaranteed $30,000 profit by utilizing Trey 2 Z services. BBB’s Code of Advertising requires businesses making claims of potential earnings to be prepared to supply proof. Furthermore, BBB's Code of Advertising requires businesses to provide any limitations to any guarantees the business makes and requests that these be placed in a location that is easily accessible for customers and potential customers. To date, the business has not supplied this information.

          In May 2022, BBB investigated Trey 2 Z’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints and advertising issues. Complaints filed against the business were similar in nature and identified losses an amount over $10,000. Advertising concerns arose from the businesses guaranteed claimed results of a "guaranteed $30K in profit", more information can be found regarding the advertising review below. 

          On June 23, 20222, BBB was able to obtain a contact with the business via phone to discuss advertising, business model, and complaint concerns. However, the business did not appear to be amendable with suggestions to modify or discontinue advertising claims and failed to accurately describe their business model. 

          Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business' model.
