We paid $20,000 in June for a full house of carpet, tile, and hardwood floor. We had other construction going on in the house and the agreement was to start as soon as that was done which was the beginning of October, since that time we have been lied to on several occasions, Which was confirmed and documented by his other employees, he is less than 10% done in the house and repeatedly does not show up or send other employees, we have been told we are his only job except his employees have confirmed that they are regularly on other jobs and he has no intent of finishing our house. It will cost us over $20,000 to fix what he has started incomplete what he is not . I would like immediate resolution on this, we were told the job would take one week, and we are into three months.

We are sorry that this process has taken so long.  In the beginning you had not picked out to even order your tile, wood flooring takes longer because it has to sit out for three to four days before we can put down as well as sand and stain. We had to tear out and prep existing flooring including the original tile which is a nightmare to tear up.  We have been working long hours to try and get this job done for you, we have been short handed and when we take on a big job such as this one, we are counting on our employees to show up and get the job done, not to mention the unexpected personnel issues that have come up with the owner. Again, this is no fault of yours and we apologize for this as well.    We apologize for the inconvenience that you have had in this process, but we will work as hard as we can to get the job done.  But it may be a good thing it has taken so long because you have changed your mind on the carpet just recently so again that is not entirely our fault.  We will continue to work to get this job finished as soon as we can to resolve any inconvenience we have caused for you and your family.  Again just bare with us and we assure you that you will be completely satisfied with the end results.  Thank you, Klassic Karpet

Not the multi-day process for any of the steps. The issues are the lack of commitment to actually showing up - entire days of no workers and no communication. When people do show up it’s almost always Noon or later. Explanations as to lack of workers that conflicts with what is communicated by the workers themselves. We did not change our minds on carpet, it was not ordered correctly by Curtis.

The demolition was done on September 26 and the first piece of wood in the kitchen was not laid until November 16. We met for tile selection on November 22 which was the first time we were asked and it was a week and a half before we were told that Tile was not available at which time we quickly selected another Tile .Communication of certain people being on the job on certain days and when steps
Of the job will be done - minimal expectations that are consistently wildly not met.
      Regards,
