Received a second batch of shirts I paid thousands for, inferior product that didn't match the first set in specs and printing was peeling off of the shirts right out of the package.Initial Complaint

The date of the transaction was 02/09/2023 and the amount I paid for this particular transaction with Steve Apparel was $4200. The business was committed to providing me with high-quality T-shirts with my unique designs printed on them to my specifications based on a technical pack of 8 samples we agreed on. Unfortunately, since February I have not been able to finalize any of the 8 samples due to Steve Apparel's inability to provide me with high-quality garments and printing, following my specifications, and overall lack of communication. It recently came to my attention that they did in fact not have the capability to create 2 of the designs without errors even after several attempts to correct them and several false promises that they could in fact create it. I have been going back and forth with the company about changing the order to 6 designs and they have outright refused and have also refused to give me a refund even though it has not gone to bulk production and we're still in the sampling phase. I ask for help on this issue as Steve Apparel sometimes takes very long to communicate. Something that is also very strange is that the invoice they gave me has the name of a different company on it.
