I bought my wife a year "membership" for message. It was $80 a month plus tax for an entire year ($960). She tried scheduling appointments, but they kept telling her they were booked 4-6 weeks out. So, when the day finally came for her to get massage the called that day to cancel it. Again, took 4-6 weeks to reschedule. Over the course of an entire year she managed to get in ONLY 4 appointments. When the year ended I wanted to cancel my "membership" and they told me if I did I would lose the remaining balance ($640). I told them I am not going to keep paying for a "membership" that she is not able to use. I told them that I wanted a refund for the remaining balance and they told me that I am not paying for services I am paying for a "membership". This is just jargon to RIP ME AND OTHERS OFF!!!!! I complained to the medical board about how they are scamming people and they told me that they don't deal with that and so I am reaching out to you to hopefully help me. I looked on GOOGLE and there are many other people like me complaining about their shady business practices. ty!!Business response
