Business listed an "New Open Box M608 Laser Printer" for sale (which means new/unused). Item was purchased but received a non-working, used M608. Contacted business and they issued a return shipping label via FedEx, item was promptly returned, and proof of delivery is in our possession. When asking a week later about where our refund is, the seller stated they would "process it today". They did not. The seller tried to claim that parts had been swapped and numbers didn't match. We have photos of what was received and what was returned. In attempted to resolve the issue with eBay, the seller opened a case claiming unauthorized return, when they issue the return tag themselves. The seller also acted like I have printers sitting around and I sent them one back other than what they sent us (which is ridiculous). We have been in business for over 35 years and we document all our eBay and similar purchases as questions can arise and this way we have everything documented. We previously provided the seller with pictures of the defects and followed their instructions prior to returning the item. They never responded to the event log showing the printer was used in 2019 per the event log on the printer. We don't have the printer, and they have our $ 716.89Business response
