      This repair shop is gouging customers by keeping their cars for long periods of time in order to charge storage fees. (Outside is $95.00 per day and Inside is $106.00. Our car was delivered 2/26/24 and the estimate was not sent to the insurance until 3/26/24. K-ceps charged 46 days outside storage and 21 days inside storage. No repair shop needs that long to do an estimate on a repair. I would like this repair shop investigated.

      Poor business practices. Charged me $165 for cleaning my car; however, they never cleaned it (I have pictures). Let the buyer beware, I would not recommend this business to anyone.

      I want to start this review off by saying I have NEVER left a negative review on anyone so for me to leave a bad review its BAD. I dropped off my Tesla on January 24, 2023 for a punctured front bumper and dented hood. I was assured when I dropped car off by the owner Dan that they would "get right on it" so it should not take long. After the car was there for one month with ZERO communication I decided to call and check on status. First of all when you call "at best" phone gets answered 20% of time so of course they did not answer but I did get a call back later that day stating that nothing had been done as USAA did not approve the repairs. I asked why I was not notified of the problems but they had no answer. I hung up phone and called USAA and they apporoved repairs in less then 10 minutes. So needless to say this was not a USAA issue it was a K-Ceps issue for not notifying me. So I assume fixing hood and bumper will be done in a timely fashion but NO. I will save the rest of the poor communication and service drama as it does not matter so here are the facts. I dropped my car off on January 24th for hood and bumper damage "no frame or structural damage as was low speed (less than 3 miles per hour impact). It took them 101 days to complete repair and parts where not on back order and other than the first month they waisted by not letting me know insurance issues this was all their issue. They charge USAA $17,647.90 for a hood and bumper repair. WAY OVER PRICED. They replaced both headlights ($1,400 each) and they were NOT DAMAGED in the crash. When I arrived to pick up car battery was dead (18% and they know I live 45 minutes aways) and rear tire was flat. I have proof (pictures and documentation to share) of minimal damage, terrible history of responding to calls and e mails and rediculous billing procedures.

      I came in for an estimate as it was recommended by a local dealership. $4-5k of work on my truck bed so youd think they wanted business. Wednesday morning I showed up and employee **** took pictures along with notes to know what all needed done. I was told he would email my insurance company and myself a copy of the estimate right away. I didnt hear back. By Friday morning I hadnt received word or email so I called a receptionist asking about the status of my estimate. The receptionist told me **** was the one working on the estimate but he was on the phone. She stated she would have him call me right back when he was off the phone. I never got a call. All day no return call. They are closed Sat/Sun. I called Monday morning and **** answered directly. I asked why I wasnt called back on Friday and what the status was with my estimate. **** told me they were on a skeleton crew and he would try to get it done by the end of the day. At this point I had very little confidence in their company to actually get me scheduled in and fix my truck given that they cant even complete an estimate or even call their customers back. I understand being busy but lacking common courtesy to even call back and tell me anything is completely unacceptable for any company and seemingly the new wave of disrespect to customers. I told him to forget it and I would just go somewhere else and lighten his load there. He actually sounded relieved to not have my business. If you dont care about being treated like your money doesnt matter and they dont need your business then this place is acceptable for you.

      I replaced a Power Steering Hose on my daughters 2006 ***** Odyssey two weeks prior. I found the aftermarket hoses were cheaply built. I asked K-Ceps if they would put on the *** or factory supplied hose. I had scheduled an appointment on December 29th, but after hearing my request, I was told it would take another week to get the part, so we rescheduled it a week later. I knew the retail price of the Hose from ***** retail $220.00, and the price K-Ceps charged me was $221.87 + Labor. = $433.04. Problem!! They DID NOT USE A FACTORY HOSE! Aftermarket hoses sell for around $70.00 cheaply built! So, after contacting K-Ceps about my discovery and giving them information ... enough that they realized I knew what I was talking about. K-Ceps then admitted their wrongdoing. Their excuse was ... they were trying to hurry to get the car back to me. I dropped it off Tuesday Jan 4th 2022 and wasn't able to pick it up until Monday afternoon January 10th 2022. I would not take my bicycle to them, much less a car! My Request? That they agree to the BBB to stop lying!!!
