Re-gravel and compact our driveway on 4/7/23. Looking over the finished product the same evening of completion, noticed some chips on our driveway concrete apron. On 4/8/23 notified **** at Driveway Solutions via e-mail (**** ******* ###-###-#### *********************). **** called and said will come and look. On 4/17/23 e-mailed them to see if they were still coming. On 4/26/23 e-mailed them again. **** called and stated he had a couple of repair ideas. On 6/13/23 e-mailed them to say we haven't heard from them for quite a while. On 6/21/23 **** called and said be there sometime next week to fix the problem. On 8/2/23 e-mailed them to say we will fix it ourselves for $800 refund or we can get some concrete contractors in for estimates, *ust let us know. No word yet. Luckily my wife took a picture of our driveway to have a before picture *ust as the worker showed up, *ust before work started. So, we do have a time stamped picture showing no chips in the driveway apron.Business response

Per conversation with ****, he apologized and stated he would reach out and resolve this issue asap. He was relying on a third party to help with the issue and they never got back to him.Customer response

I am re*ecting this response because: It's *ust that we have heard "I will come and look at it", "I have a couple of ideas", "I will be there next week to fix it", but still nothing done since April 4th of this year. We'd be more than happy to drop this complaint if the problem was resolved.

The customer seemed pleased with the solution and we are happy to report the issue should now be resolved. We apologize for the delay is addressing the situation.
