      Closed my card after 4 months without warning. When called they said that although my balance was paid off on time (I called in after noticing their system didn’t pull the money) for some reason it had issues pulling and that’s why they closed the account. I have never been late with any of my payments and have never had anything like this happen elsewhere. Per representative this is their system’s policy. It honestly just seems like their system attempts to not let you pay in hopes to accrue interests and when they realize you are low risk they close your account.

      This company lowered my limit even though my credit was better then when I got the card initially. And now they have canceled my sleep number account with out any information. This has all been done after I made a donation to a certain political association.

      I bought a shed through Amazon and I also purchased a protection plan on the shed which guaranteed all parts for 3 years and the seller sent me an incomplete product. The roof supports were missing from the box. I contacted the seller, and they asked me to send them pictures of all the parts I received which I promptly did within 24 hours. The seller then responded back that they are out of the parts and offered me a 20% discount on the item which I refused because the shed is useless without the roof supports. The seller then offered me a 40% discount which I again refused. I responded back stating I want either the required parts or my money back. The seller then referred me to the company (ASURION) that issued the protection plan and ASURION stated they have nothing to do with incomplete orders. They only covered defective parts AFTER they are received. So I filed a dispute with Ema at Synchrony Bank on 11/18/24 at 12:22pm EST and was told my account would immediately receive a temporary credit for the shed price of $74.63 until the dispute was settled in 60 days. On 11/21/24, I checked my Synchrony account activity and still did not receive the credit. I called Synchrony customer service on 11/21/24 at 10:37am and spoke with a supervisor named *****. I told her I was promised a temporary credit by Ema, and she refused to credit my account. I asked her to have a senior person listen to the call and call me back and all she offered was send an email to their escalations team. I then asked her for the name and phone number for a senior person at Synchrony Corporate Headquarters and she refused to supply me with this information.

      Worst so called bank ever. Charging 26.99% and 9.99% interest on balance for new a/c unit. Mismanaging payments. Refuses to let me payoff amount with credit card. We’ve all done balance transfers, this is the worst company ever. And a 1 star is inappropriate as they deserve no star review.

      Stay away from care credit , hidden fees and charges. Better off using another card you already have.

      Horrible, Horrible credit card company. Listen to all reviews. I went to pay my bill and set up auto payments. The system is awful and doesn't let you re-review the data you entered. It also doesn't tell you the autopayment will go into effect same day. I made a mistake and reversed the last two digits of my bank account number. Once I realized what happened I corrected the issue and paid my bill. I paid more than the minimum balance. I got a letter stating my account was closed due to "Dishonest payment attempts" I called and spoke to customer service and explained my mistake. They understood and could clearly see the mistake. They also said it was because of 2 attempts (one of my payments and one of the auto draft) They noted the account and sent it off for review to request to reopen due to the SIMPLE, CLEAR error I made. The company refused to reopen my account. Just as well I don't want to be associated with a CC company like that. They also may have cost Discount Tire a customer as well. I will ensure I never apply for any other credit cards associated with Synchrony.

      TRASH COMPANY that has refused to credit my account for an item I never received. This is a $6000 dispute that these crooks and their merchants tied to get away with. Worst customer service

      I closed my account in May 2024 and got a letter stating that the account was closed and no further charges could be made to the card. Synchrony Bank opened a new account in my name without my knowledge and allowed a furniture company to charge to the new account. I am will be filing a police report.
