I bought a herd share with ****** **** at Christmas of 2021. I picked up our Jan/Feb share and discovered that the products were poor in quality. Per the ****** **** website, I emailed **********@gmail.com and with the subject line: CANCEL HERD SHARE, I requested that my share be cancelled and explained why. I was charged $88 dollars again in March (though I didn't pick up the product) and called the farm's store. I was told to email **********@gmail.com and cancel it. So, I did it again. It happened again in April and now in May. They aren't responding to my emails, when I call, I am told to follow the directions on the website. I've been charged $264 for products that I do not want. I need for the farm to refund my money.Business response

We have reached out to ****** and refunded her money. I sent her an email as well as personally called her to let her know the money was refunded. I told her we were not in the business of taking anyone's money and she replied with a thank you and an understanding that her email just slipped through the cracks.Customer response
