Flyer says they are BBB A+ rated but BBB website says not accredited. We paid for rubberized crack filling in addition to seal coating. This was not done. When cracks appeared within two weeks of service, we contacted the company. They did come back but still did not do rubberized crack filling. Cracks appeared again. They did come back a third time and do rubberized crack filling. The next day, the end of one long crack which was partially filled opened up again.

Dear ****** **** we are sorry you are disappointed. As you said we came back 3 times to fix your cracks. Im a sry you was not satisfield, with our work, i can do my best to make sure you cracks are fixed. But i can not guarantee they wont come back open. When we left i walk you threw to make sure you was happy with the work we did and you said you was. And sign a paper said you was 100 % satisfied with the work we complete on your cracks. If you had any issue with anything you could have called or email me or even text me. I would have been gladly to come back over and touch anything that came open again on you. My bussiness never had one bad complaint. We strive for excellent customer service, And i was accredited with the BBB and had A+ with them as well i just cancelled with the last month. You are more than welcome to call them and ask and check. But please next time get hold of me before you put a bad review on someones bussines that wasnt there fault.
