Hello, this business gave me an eviction notice in february of 2023. I have picture and physical of the eviction notice. The eviction notice was given to me because I paid my rent at the end of the week rather than at the beginning. I never missed one payment in the entirety of me living there always paid it in full. The business only takes checks as a form of payment. This is why i always turned it in at the end of the week. I work in construction in Columbus and i get off of at 3pm and my bank closes at 4-5. This made it extremely difficult for me to get my check into the property manager on the monday they wanted it. Again i’ve never missed a payment and i always paid in full. The property manager also always had me write the check in her name rather than in the property owner’s or the businesses name.Initial Complaint

I canceled my insurance with this apartment I lived out for two years March 31 which was the day that my lease ended and they charge me 50 bucks on move out from my deposit saying that I didn’t give them the statements to prove my insurance were still active but they also never told me that I didn’t had given them something to prove that it wasn’t active so this whole time I was paying insurance for two years and they apparently was thinking I wasn’t paying on my insurance even though I definitely had sent them information and now on the phone she’s trying to tell me she’s not paying me back And telling me she’s hanging up on the phone because she’s not happy that I’m getting upset over the fact that I’m not getting my money back they’re screwing me over I pay this insurance for two years I have proof that I have and she still is acting like it’s not good enough to pay me back my money she owes me she greedy and this is the same shit that happened before is exactly why I left this ghetto place.Business response
