Date: 8/4/2022 Paid $ 93.89 Before placing my order for a mower battery I ask the clerk if I could return the item for full refund if it did not work with my mower. The clerk said, yes you can. I want to return the battery (it is new and unused) for a full refund. The manager has been rude and refuses to accept the return and provide me a full refund of $93.89Business response

Sorry there is not and never has been any returns on electrical items of any kind. The only return option there is is for warranty purposes if it goes bad and that is conducted through the manufacturer not us. Sorry if you were confused but It is posted in 3 locations within the store and has been policy for over 30 years. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. ThanksCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: Once again there was NO mention of no returns of electrical items. You have still not addressed the fact that when I ordered the battery, over the phone, I specifically ask if I could return the battery if it did not work with my mower and the answer I received from the clerk was YES. Then when I wanted to return it you got huffy with me and said NO ONE in this shop would say you could return the battery if it did not work out. I WANT to return the battery and receive a FULL refund.

Product ordered,from Dittmar Sales. It was out of stock, now on B/O. Mr. ******* wants to cancel but Dittmar wants to charge $4.00 restocking fee on a part they do not have. He paid $22.41 down an wants his money back. How can they a restocking fee on something they do not have in stock.Business response

All special order parts have a restocking fee if the customer no longer wants the part. That was explained to you before we ordered it and it is also listed in 3 locations within the store including your receipt. We would be happy to refund you but if we are getting stuck with a part we don’t normally carry there will be a restocking fee. That is standard across the United States with any business. As stated prior I would need the receipt. **** isn’t a good part number. He can stop in or call us during store hours and we would be happy to answer any questions but I’d have to have the correct info to do so. Thanks! ###-###-####
